Honor has always been passionate about blending real health, nutrition, compassion and science being a qualified nutritionist specialising in longevity, author, and journalist, she began her health journey from a personal health crisis; where between the ages of 18 and 23, she was bedridden with multiple chronic illnesses; an experience that inspired her to study nutrition, herbal medicine, and naturopathy, eventually healing herself and completing a science degree.
In 2024, Honor saw a need in the pet world for this real, eco-friendly nutrition and co-founded DAYA Pet Food Co., winning Best Health-Conscious Dog Food Brand 2025 (Luxe Life Magazine).
