Returns
We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

Perishable or customised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at honor@dayapetfoodco.com with details and photos of the issue.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution as appropriate.
Change of Mind
We understand things happen. If you change your mind, we can accept returns if the product is unopened and in saleable condition, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
