Whether raw or steamed, carrots are a crunchy treat packed with beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin Aâkey for eye health. They're also full of fiber, vitamin K, and potassium, making them a low-calorie, nutrient-dense snack.

Steam Lightly:
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
Œ cauliflower, chopped
1 cup pumpkin, peeled and diced
œ cup kale, de-stemmed
Œ cup red cabbage, chopped
Once cooled, mix in:
œ cup cooked brown rice

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
Mix thoroughly, serve based on your dogâs size, and refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
